Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

A return requires that the product is in the same condition as when it was received, has not been used or worn, its tags have not been removed, and that it is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

You can initiate a return by sending us a message at iiro@haukiperhot.store. 

If the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept products sent back to us without a return request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, and plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and hygiene products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific product.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you received and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
Unless the above conditions prevent it, you may cancel or return orders shipped to the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. Such a return requires that the product is in the same condition as when it was received, has not been used or worn, its tags have not been removed, and that it is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once the return has been received and inspected. We will also let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
