Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of the order date (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received, and a separate message when your order has been shipped.

Delivery areas

We deliver orders to the following countries:

Finland – all regions
Rest of the European Union – all EU countries
United Kingdom
Norway and Iceland

Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weekends and public holidays are not included in delivery times.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping to Finland when the order value exceeds €50, and to other EU countries when the order value exceeds €100.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can track your order on the postal service's website using the tracking number provided.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered outside the EU (e.g. Norway, United Kingdom) may incur customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility to pay. We are not responsible for these additional charges.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, contact us at iiro@haukiperhot.store with your order number and we will look into it.

Incorrect address

Please make sure the delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for deliveries that fail due to an incorrect address.
